Our Team
Ruth Mosley - Founder
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Kelly Gorringe - Assistant Director
Hi! I’m Kelly I’m originally from Pennsylvania, but I now call Frederick, Maryland home, where I live with my fiancé and our sweet dog, Stoof . I have a background in both music education and school administration, and I’ve spent several years working with students and families in all kinds of learning environments.
Before joining this team, I was a director at a music school where I had the opportunity to support students, manage staff, and help create a fun and encouraging learning space. I’m super organized (I love a good color-coded calendar! ), but more than anything, I love connecting with students and helping them feel confident in what they’re learning.
Whether we’re tackling a tricky concept or celebrating a small win , I’m here to create a positive, low-pressure environment where your child feels supported and seen. Watching kids grow and gain confidence is the best part of what I do, and I’m so excited to be part of their journey!
Audrey Stahl - SAT Program Coordinator
Hi! I’m Audrey . I’m originally from Hagerstown, Maryland, and I have a strong background in both education support and organization. I graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Mathematics.
I absolutely love teaching math and helping students find joy in problem-solving . One of my favorite parts of studying math is building difficult mathematical models—it’s like solving a puzzle, and I thrive on the challenge! As the SAT Program Coordinator, I bring that same problem-solving mindset to my work, making sure our program runs smoothly and gives every student the tools they need to succeed .
When I’m not working or studying, you can usually find me at the gym, trying out new coffee spots , or spending time with my adorable axolotl, who always keeps things interesting. I’m passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where students feel confident and capable—both in math and beyond!
Josh White - SAT Program Tutor
Hi, I’m Josh! I worked as a manufacturing engineer for 5 years and as a software developer for 2 years. In 2023, I left the 9-to-5 work world. I now derive a great sense of meaning from dividing my work time between academic tutoring and non-profit work developing ecological agriculture systems on the farm where I live in Middletown, MD.
As a lifelong learner, I love to study mathematics, philosophy, and developmental biology. I find any opportunity to share my enthusiasm for learning and exploring challenging subjects to be really rewarding!
